Front-Office
As part of the front office team, you welcome a large variety of guests from all over the world. The team is the first and last point of contact and will take care of the guests during their entire journey. Therefore, you are able to create lasting memories for our guests. This department functions as the heart of our hotel and you will work in a dynamic environment. The front office team consists of 40 international colleagues varying from receptionist, guest relations, porter, doormen and concierge. You will work closely together with this team to ensure that guests experience the exquisite.
