What can you expect
In this position, you will be responsible for managing individual and group reservations for rooms, restaurants, spa, and bars. As an essential member of the commercial team of Hotel Okura Amsterdam, you play a crucial role in defining and implementing commercial strategies while overseeing the performance of the reservations department. Additionally, you and your team focus on achieving revenue targets and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. As a leader and coach, you also optimize the performance of your team in line with organizational goals. You will also closely collaborate with other departments in our commercial division, such as Sales, Conference & Events, Revenue Management, and Marketing & Communication.
