Job Overview
The Reservations Manager at Hotel Okura Amsterdam (HOA), a leading Hotel of the World (LHW), is responsible for managing the individual reservations department for rooms, spa, bars and the restaurants.
Supervise and coach (4) team members. (1) assistant reservations manager and (3) reservations agents, to optimize the teams and individual performance, in line with organization’s quality and revenue goals.
The scope includes all the brands and segments; Hotel Okura Amsterdam (rooms), Ciel Bleu**, Yamazato*, Sazanka, Serre and Nagomi Spa.
This person is a department head and works closely together with Director of Sales, Director of Group & Events Sales, Director of Revenue and Business Performance and Marketing and Communication Manager and is part of the Commercial Department head Team.
He/she reports to the Commercial Director.
Responsibilities
Responsible for (up and cross) selling all HOA has to offer including the (Michelin awarded) restaurants, the guest rooms and the spa. Optimize the teams and individual performance, in line with organization’s quality and revenue goals. Responsible for maximizing potential revenues and creating a 9+ guest journey.
