What can you expect
This is a dual role, working within both Le Camelia and Room Service, which share a team. Le Camelia offers a dynamic, energetic breakfast for our guests daily while Room Service delivers delicious meals 24-hours a day to rooms throughout the hotel. We also oversee the Panorama Executive Lounge, which is a peaceful retreat on our 22nd floor for Guests to relax and get small bites throughout the day.
Working in this department is an ever-changing challenge. No day is the same, and we are always striving to deliver the highest quality of service to our Guests working with other teams within the hotel. As a Supervisor, supervising and coaching team members is a big part of your responsibilities. It is also your job to welcome our Guests in a professional and warm manner and help improve efficiency and service in the restaurant. Your main duties will be:
Don't worry you will not work alone. Besides working in your own team, you will work closely with other departments in the hotel. Only by working together can we achieve the best results. There will be rotating shifts daily, throughout seven days a week. You will work 5 days a week, 7,6 hours a day with a variety of morning, afternoon, evening and late shifts; and are also available to work on public holidays. All overtime work is properly registered and compensated.
