General Store Coordinator | Purchase Department

Hotel Okura Amsterdam, one of the most prestigious five-star hotels in the Netherlands, is looking for a driven and detail-oriented General Store Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the receipt of goods for both the general store and wine storage. You will work closely with suppliers and various departments within the hotel to ensure that the right products are always available on time.

What will you do?

  • Coordinate and inspect deliveries for the general store and wine storage.
  • Check the quality of incoming products and ensure they meet hotel standards.
  • Manage stock levels, organizing and storing products in the appropriate areas.
  • Ensure proper stock rotation following the FIFO system.
  • Conduct monthly inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Issue inventory and supplies to the relevant departments.
  • Support the team in daily operations and contribute to an efficient workflow.
  • Apply and ensure compliance with HACCP regulations at a professional level.
