What to expect?
The Technical Service Department is responsible for maintaining all facilities within Hotel Okura Amsterdam and resolving technical malfunctions. A five-star hotel of this scale is like a city in itself – from hotel rooms to offices, and from refrigerator lighting to 150,000 liters of water in the swimming pool. Every department and facility must be in top technical condition!
As a Senior Technical Service Employee, you will independently resolve technical malfunctions and issues by identifying the source of the problem. You will also perform preventive maintenance to avoid future malfunctions. Additionally, you will assist our Banqueting department with technical aspects during event setups and breakdowns.
